It has been registered since 9th of April 2008 at the Commercial Court in Zagreb under the registration number 080652193. It is registered with Croatian Tax Authorities under the EU VAT number HR91064346502 and recognized in VIES. It carries worldwide brokerage operations with registered office in Croatia, Franje Nevistića 9A, HR-10000 Zagreb.

Airlines Connection (www.airlinesconnection.com) is a brand name under which company AVIMAX Ltd is trading on worldwide aviation market and performs its services of aircraft chartering and leasing brokerage.

Airlines Connection (www.airlinesconnection.com) acts as an Agent for airlines, tour operators, corporations and other clients, connecting interested parties for a purpose of concluding business transactions.

We serve as a vital link between the customer and the airline.  Thanks to many years of worldwide and comprehensive aviation experience, on which the company is founded, our professional team is able to support our clients with complete aircraft charter and leasing solutions.

We dedicate our time to understanding our clients and their needs. We provide consultancy in the most appropriate way. We deliver solutions.

Airlines daily advertise their free aircraft capacity with us, thus we are able to offer a wide range of selected aircraft choices to suit all air transportation needs.

All charter flights arranged by Airlines Connection (www.airlinesconnection.com) are carried out by certified commercial airlines under their valid AOC (Air Operator Certificate) issued by National Civil Aviation Agencies (Authorities).

Airlines Connection (www.airlinesconnection.com) is not an aircraft operator or an airline and does not carry its own flight operations.

Our aircraft chartering and brokerage services are provided under contract basis and are subject to terms and conditions of the each individual contract.

AVIMAX Ltd regularly provides its business partners (companies or individuals ordering its services of aircraft charter, sales and leasing) with notices on aircraft availability and other related information, that sometimes may be considered as marketing notices, in the form of newsletters or separate notices and messages with relevant business information.

For that purpose, AVIMAX Ltd uses the contact details including but not limited to: business mailing and e-mail adresses and phone numbers of adequate representatives of business partners, which contact details may contain personal information i.e. names and surnames of the representatives and their geolocation.

AVIMAX Ltd may collect various other personal information required by law or necessary for the contract execution, as specified herein.

Personal information is any information about indiviudal based on which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed.

When your personal information is provided to us by third parties for the purpose of contract execution or required by law, we process your data in line with instructions of the third party in the capacity of data processor. We do not use such personal information for our own purposes.

We collect your personal information for the purposes of carrying on our business. You may directly provide your personal information to us, or we may collect your personal information from publically available sources. We collect only legally available personal information.

We do not, have not and will not be trading your email accounts and/or any other personal information we may hold on you, to any external company and/or any individuals acting as agent and/or sole trader. We do not rent your personal information.

The collected personal information is processed by automatic means, without making of profiles or rendering of other decisions solely on basis of automatic processing and with the right of the impacted person to object to such processing.

AVIMAX Ltd may use the collected personal information for the purpose of providing information on available aircraft capacity and other related marketing communiciation. The data is collected for the purpose of fulfilling legitimate interests of the controller, in accordance with art. 6. par. 1.(f) of the GDPR.

The collected data are data on the name and surname of the impacted person, its job title, business e-mail and business mailing address and phone numbers.
The collected personal information are not provided to other recipients and will not be exported outside the EU.

AVIMAX Ltd will retain collected personal information as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations and required by law.

AVIMAX Ltd will keep the collected personal information until the fulfilling of the purpose for which the same was collected, and will delete it upon fulfilling of the purpose in the manner compliant with the GDPR, except in exceptional situation when there existis a legitimate interest of AVIMAX Ltd to keep them for a longer period (for example, in case of authority request, court dispute or similar situation).

AVIMAX Ltd. honors the rights of the impacted persons to access, correct, delete and limit the processing of personal data, as well as the right to object to automatic processing and the right to data portability. The said rights may be used by filing of a written request to AVIMAX Ltd to the e-mail address: info@airlinesconnection.com.

Each e-mail notice will contain a link to the mailing list wishing to deregister from, and AVIMAX Ltd undertakes to delete the impacted persons from whom a deregistration request was received by the way of using the said link.
The right to object may be used by objection to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.

In addition to herein defined policy for using your personal information, we may be required to disclose your personal information for the purpose of contract execution and/or when it is required by law (for example, passenger name lists and APIS (Advanced Passenger Information System, in connection with legal proceeedings or prospective legal proceedings, in order to establish, excersize or defend our legal rights, to the service providers in relation to the contract, where your personal information is necessary to execute the contract)
Personal information we hold will be disclosed to third parties only as defined in this Privacy Policy.

Personal information that we collect as data controller or process as data processor on behalf of third parties, for the purpose of contract execution, may be transferred between any of the countries as required by the contract and/or by law. AVIMAX Ltd will not share any personal information outside EU without your consent or unless we are required to so by the law.
